Our residential Home Benchmarking, Labelling and Disclosure (BLD) program leverages Windfall's vHEAT™ AI technology to assign energy and emissions labels to all Part 9 homes in any size community. Results can then be displayed on a public facing searchable map or within a private homeowner portal, in the case of voluntary BLD programs. Now any community can have a home Benchmarking, Labelling and Disclosure program without the cost and time it would otherwise take to conduct EnerGuide assessments of every home in the city or town.
